Ginnifer Goodwin will be moving on to more child-friendly fare after starring in He’s just not that into you. The actress, along with John Corbett and Bridget Moynahan, have signed on for Ramona and Beezus.
Based on Beverly Cleary’s classic book series, the film has already cast Joey King as 10-year-old Ramona and Selena Gomez as her older sister, Beezus. Goodwin will be playing Ramona’s favorite person, Aunt Bea, while Corbett and Moynahan will be playing the girls’ parents.
Aquamarine director Elizabeth Allen is helming, with Denise Di Novi and Alison Greenspan producing.
